Wine
We are a small family owned vineyard and winery
located near Prairie Creek in Central Nebraska.
We have been involved in the farming industry
for many generations and now are turning our efforts
into bringing you a "Taste of the Good Life".
Our Wine Selection
WHITE WINES ~
Seyval (2009): Seyval is a dry
white wine with a citric nose and smooth berry
flavor. ($14) (Silver medal winner at the Mid-American
Wine competition
Prairie Wind (2008): A blend
of our three favorites. Semi-dry wine with a smooth
finish. ($14)
Brianna (2008): Brianna is a
golden white wine with a pineapple nose and flavor.
($14) (Silver medal winner at the Mid-American
Wine competition)
Traminette (2009): With a floral nose
and sweet after taste, wonderful pre-dinner drink.
($14) (Bronze medal winner at the Mid-American
Wine competition)
Brianna (2009): Sweeter than
the 2008 version but with the same characteristics.
Just plain good wine. ($14)
Sweet Ass White (2009): If you like sweet
fruity wine, this is your wine. This wine was
fermented for six weeks at very cool temperatures,
bringing out all the fruity characteristics. ($15)

Wine competition)
Moonshine (2009): Blended wine.
This is our sweet wine without the bite. Smooth
easy drinking wine for any time. ($15)
BLUSH WINES ~
Foxtail (2009): This wine is hard to
describe. Nice crisp taste and interesting nose.
Complex flavors. ($14) (Bronze medal winner at
the Fingerlakes International Wine competition)
RED WINES ~
Merida (2009): Dry red wine.
Full bodied and rich in flavor and aged on American
oak. It has a beautiful deep garnet color and
cherry flavors. ($14)
Red Stiletto (2009): This is
a smooth semi-sweet red wine with a nice raspberry
color. There is a slight tartness to the wine.
($15)
