Our 2nd Annual Farm to Table Supper will feature some of the best local, fresh, organic foods prepared beautifully & tastefully. Enjoy your meal amongst the vineyard.
1st course: Cheese Torte-delicious souffle' like torte, topped with fresh herbs. Served with Sage shortbread.
2nd course: Panzanella Salad-summer greens, garden tomatoes, fresh cheese, red onion and toasted bread in a basil marinade.
3rd course: Three Delicious Meats: mini lamb kebobs marinated in mint, olive oil, parsley and garlic (Grilled medium rare), White wine Coq Au Vin-using Prairie Creek Seyval-this chicken will delight your taste buds, and Italian mini beef kebobs-grass fed beef and Italian balsamic marinade skewered with veggies.
4th course: A surprise plate of cheese by Dutch Girl Creamery.
5th course: Creamy Cantaloupe Panna Cotta-a wonderful custard using sweet St. Libory melon blended with cream, honey and eggs.
