This is a tenderloin that takes hours to make.  You won't be disappointed in the tenderness or the flavor.  Medallions are topped with a wine demiglaze (we use the Marquette!) and served with roasted vegetable, mashed potatoes, mixed greens salad, bread & dessert.  $21.99
