Meals are served at PCV on both Friday and Saturday nights from 5-8 pm.  Please check our events page for Friday and Saturday night menus.

 We do not accept reservations except when noted.  Having said that... our caterers appreciate a quick call or text to Nick to let us know that you'll be joining us.  This allows them to make sure that there is enough food prepared for the masses.  Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the winery!

If you love the food that you've enjoyed at the winery, please know that some of it is available for your private parties!  Dan Erickson, with Smokin' Dan's BBQ has both carry out BBQ meats available or you can contact him for larger orders at 308-940-0379.  The winery has also worked closely with Fayne Petersen of Creative Cuisine Catering in the past.  For some of her fabulous spreads, she can be reached at 402-854-3344.
