Chronological History of Wine Club Releases in our 16 BRIX Series
SPRING 2022
Happy 2022!! In celebration of Valentine's Day, this release will feature two red wines! Prairie Creek is excited to introduce our Brix Series to our wine club members. In each 2022 release, a new 16 Brix labeled wine will be included. The first wine of the Brix Series is a semi-sweet pink, Frontenac Gris, with an exclusive 16 Brix wine label! This wine is limited edition, available only to 16 Brix wine club members. The second wine in this release is our dry red, Petite Pearl.
SUMMER 2022
Prairie Creek is excited to release 2 new, exclusive wines in our April Release. Starting off, 16 Brix #2 in our Brix Series is a semi-sweet red, Sabrevois, with an exclusive 16 Brix wine label! This wine is limited edition, available only to 16 Brix wine club members! The second, new wine in this release is Berry Dazed. Berry Dazed is a sweet & fruity red wine. It is perfect chilled, on the rocks, or blended! It will be your essential summer drink!
FALL 2022
Prairie Creek is excited to release 2 new, exclusive wines in our September Release. Starting off, 16 Brix #3 in our Brix Series is a semi-sweet red, Petite Pearl, with an exclusive 16 Brix wine label! This wine is limited edition, available only to 16 Brix wine club members! The second, new wine in this release is Caramel Apple Sangria. You may remember our Apple wine from last fall, made with Jonathan Apples from Arbor Day Farm. This year, we spiced it up with natural flavors of caramel, ginger, and cinnamon to make a ready-to-serve sangria! Your purchase of this bottle will include a can of ginger ale for extra bubbles. Pour over ice, or serve at room temperature! It will be perfect on those cool, fall evenings.
HOLIDAY 2022 RELEASE
Prairie Creek is excited to present our white holiday wine- Blurble! Our take on everyone's favorite word puzzle with a tipsy twist! This semi-sweet white will keep your family and friends feeling good all season long! An addition to Blurble, 16 Brix #4 is our final 16 Brix limited edition wine of the year. It is the perfect semi-sweet holiday red blend!
FEBRUARY 2023
Happy 2023! We are so excited for this upcoming year and the new, limited edition wines we are preparing for you! We are continuing our 16 Brix label series this year with wines #5-#8. These wines will all be new and thoughtfully crafted with our wine club members in mind! The first release of 2023 will include two styles of one grape varietal: Foch. Foxtail Blush is a Prairie Creek classic and fan-favorite. A lovely dark rosé color with a delightful balance of sweet and tart. 16 Brix #5 is a semi-dry rosé with aromas of black fruits. Try them side by side, and see if you can notice similarities and differences!
APRIL 2023 RELEASE
It's officially BERRY DAZED season. Our team is pumped for this spring release! We have our summertime, limited edition wine Berry Dazed available! This sweet and tart wine is perfect for summer. You can enjoy it chilled, on the rocks, or blended as a slush. Pick your poison! We also have the next wine in our 16 Brix series, #6. This is a semi-dry Marquette, un-oaked. We know a lot of you love our Original Marquette, so give this new style a try and let us know what you think!
FALL 2023 RELEASE
If you liked the Petite Pearl then I have your back with Brix #7. I pretty much tried to make this one where the sweet wine drinkers will like it, but it's not over the top sweet for my drier drinkers. I source this grape from Far the Walk Vineyard in Paxton Nebraska. In my opinion this wine should be the house wine at Ollies Bar and Grill [drink it with the Jackalope]. Petite Pearl ripens late harvest as a tight cluster with small berries. Typically this grape will come in late September sometime. Like many of the hybrid grapes it brings a tart cherry taste to the wine. Brix #7 is a great wine to just enjoy when you are snacking for supper instead of sitting down for a full meal.
Our second wine is the Caramel Apple Sangria. It was a hit last year! The apple juice did and always will come from Arbor Day Farm. I made it pretty much the same as I did last year. 100% Nebraska apples. As I write this, it is the first cool late summer morning we have had to date. It will be the perfect fall wine to enjoy with your friends and family.

Brix #8- Ruby Red Fredonia
Made for everyone to enjoy! Small batch for 16 Brix members. A fruit forward wine that you should be able to take to any one of your holiday parties. Not super- sweet, but not semi- dry either. If you are a Red Stiletto fan you will definitely enjoy it!

A New Brix! (Happy 2 yr anniversary to the Brix Line!) Brix #9 is a semi-sweet white made from a Brianna/Edelweiss blend. We think you'll love it!
Your second release wine is a true favorite, Red Stiletto. If you've yet to try it, Red Stiletto is a super popular semi-sweet red blend with very pleasing flavors of black cherries & stone fruit.
SUMMER 2024
Cradle a bottle of BRIX #10 in your arms & feel the sweet relief of Marquette Grapes! Lovers of cooler climes, these grapes have been blended just a bit closer to off-dry than semi-sweet. We hope you’ll enjoy the first sips of #10!
And…DRUMROLL…the wait is over! Berry Dazed is back and she is comin' in F-R-E-S-H with a little gift on the side (wink-wink)! This favorite has become a summertime repeat that folks request often & look forward to greatly! No wonder- sweet, tart, & fruity, this semi-sweet red is perfect chilled, on the rocks, or blended. It’s all up to you! We hope this is the invitation you need to shake out that hair, let go a little & enjoy summer fully (& safely, of course)!

Wine #1 is Caramel Apple Sangria- 🍎 Made of 100% Nebraska Apples, this apple wine brings up the spice with natural flavors of caramel, ginger, and cinnamon! Poured over ice, or served at room temp, this ready-to-go sangria is perfect for the cool, fall evenings to come.
Wine #2 is Brix #11- 🍷 A semi-sweet red made with Petite Pearl Grapes & 5% Cabernet. A Beautiful Pale Ruby Hue with Full, Fresh, Fruity Aromatics & Subtle Cherry flavors.

Prairie Creek is excited to present our flagship holiday wine- Sugar Plum Fairy! This sweet plum wine will keep your family and friends feeling good all season long!
An addition to Sugar Plum Fairy, 16 Brix #12 is our final 16 Brix limited edition wine of the year. It is the perfect off-dry holiday red blend, a frontenac base, the grown-up iteration of Red Stiletto!
SPRING 2025
Brix 13 is a distinctive off-dry red wine crafted from Sabrevois grapes from a great vineyard in Paxton, NE. This wine has a fresh, earthy aroma and stunning violet-ruby color! This is a truly special bottle that you won't find anywhere else!
We've also included our beloved Red Stiletto! Be sure to check out the recipe included in your release for Red-Stiletto Brownies! Perfect for your easter table this spring!
SUMMER 2025
Our team is pumped for this Summer release! We have our limited edition wine Berry Dazed available to wine club members FIRST! This sweet and tart wine is perfect for summer. You can enjoy it chilled, on the rocks, or blended as a slush (P.S check the details below for how you can enter to win a NINJA SLUSHEE machine!). It will be your essential summer drink! We also have the next wine in our 16 Brix Series, #14! This is a semi-sweet white wine, predominantly Brianna grapes. We are super impressed with this wine and how it has turned out! It is less acidic than most of the Nebraska White wines, and has a very mellow, easy drinking profile to it!
FALL 2025
Prairie Creek is excited to release our newest vintage of Caramel Apple Sangria, as well as another Wine Club Exclusive Brix #15, a LaCrescent semi-sweet white wine made exclusively for you!
We have teamed up again, sourcing apples from Arbor Day Farms to produce a Caramel Apple Sangria! This year's (well, 2024 harvest) apple crop produced a beautiful, rich golden color, and the flavors are outstanding! This one isn’t on shelves yet, so you get to be the first to pop the top on this vintage!
We also have the next wine in our 16 Brix Series, #15! This is a semi-sweet white wine, predominantly LaCrescent grapes.
