Why the name 16 Brix? Brix is the name of the system for measuring sugar content in grapes or finished wines. “16” is a nod to the address of the restaurant in Central City. 1600 on the 16th Street.

How many bottles in an allotment? Two bottles specifically chosen by the winery team. Additional bottles can be added to quarterly allotment by member.

When are the quarterly allotments? Wine club releases are tentatively scheduled for February, May, September, and November.

How much does a membership cost? Becoming a member of the 16 Brix Wine Club is completely free of cost! Members pay for their quarterly wine allocation (price varies $32-$56 depending on wine variety), applicable taxes, and applicable shipping costs- if shipping.
