POLICIES:

FIRST RELEASE If new members sign up before the upcoming club shipment, they will receive that allocation and an invitation to the release event.

SELECTION The specific wines in each shipment are selected by our winery team.

CANCELLATION Club membership cancellations are allowed after two allocations have been received. Cancellations must be made by contacting the club manager at least two weeks prior to the upcoming club allotment. Wine club releases are non-refundable once the allotment email and credit card charge email have been sent. Cancellations at this point will take effect for the next wine club cycle.

Prairie Creek Vineyard & Winery reserves the right to cancel members after two consecutive declined credit card payments with no repsonse or update from the club member. At this point, memberships are deemed inactive and will result in loss of all club benefits.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS Wine club members must be at least 21 years of age. If a membership is given as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 21 years of age.

WINE PICK UP Members who opt to pick up their wines need to pick up in a timely manner. Notice will be given by the winery when allocations are ready. Selections are only guaranteed if picked up within the first 14 days of notifications. After this time, substitutions may be made by the winery.

CHANGE IS GOOD This information is subject to change. Prairie Creek Vineyard & Winery will notify club members if this occurs.
